Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Options & Timeframes
We ensure your child’s new outfits reach you safely with the following options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated 1-3 business days for urgent occasions.
- Local Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery available in select areas.
✔ Real-Time Tracking: You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
✔ Quality Check: Every dress undergoes a strict quality inspection and is packed securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Since children grow fast and preferences change, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery:
- Unworn & Original Condition: Dresses must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original ABI Mart tags attached.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If a dress has a manufacturing fault, we will provide a full replacement or refund immediately.
- Incorrect Size or Item: If the fit isn't right for your child, we will facilitate an exchange for the correct size (subject to availability).
2. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, certain accessories or innerwear included with dresses may not be eligible for return unless defective.
- Proof of purchase (order number or digital receipt) is required for all requests.
3. Refund & Exchange Process
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Exchanges: We will ship out your requested exchange item as soon as the original dress is received at our warehouse.
